Western students, staff and faculty: Your Western email user ID and password are your login credentials. Staff and faculty without memberships may sign-up to create their own online account. Non-Western members: You may sign up to create your own online account. Enter your 9-digit member number (found on the back of your Campus Recreation membership card - begins with a "9") in the "Member Information" field. After creating your online account, check your email for your account activation link. Non-members: Leave the "Member Information" field blank. Sport Western & Swimming Lesson Parents (who are NOT Campus Recreation members): You may sign-up to create your own online account. There will be a 10% administration fee for all refunds, except if a course is cancelled. In addition to this fee, the following conditions apply: - Before the first class begins, course fees refunded. After the first class ends and before the 2nd class begins, course fees refunded, minus the value of the first class (Exceptions: once a weekend crash course has started or registration has closed, there is no refund). - Under all other circumstances, partial refunds will be issued for medical reasons only (with written documentation). Sports & Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason; in this case a full refund will be issued with no administration charge.
Intramural registrations will be refunded, minus a 10% administration fee, prior to the registration close date. After the registration close date, refunds will only be issued for medical reasons (with written documentation). Sports & Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel a league for any reason; in this case a full refund will be issued with no administration charge.
All cancellations are subject to the following conditions: 1. All requests for a refund must be sent via e-mail to sportwestern@uwo.ca. 2. 25% non-refundable administration fee is applied to any and all cancellations. 3. No refunds will be given with less than 14 days notice before the start date of the camp. 4. No Show = No Refund. 5. In all circumstances, a full refund will be issued for withdrawals due to medical reasons, with a medical certificate.
